For partners and companies

Let's talk about a partnership that actually matters.

We work with over 300 children from vulnerable backgrounds — orphans, raised by grandparents, in family placement. With each partner who joins us, we can scale a coherent, already-tested programme — we do not need to start a new initiative from scratch. That means funds used with measurable impact and involvement with real ROI for your company's CSR work.

Why become a partner

1

Measurable impact

Every six months you receive a concrete report: how many children benefited from your contribution, how many programme hours, what results changed. No generic stories — data you can put into a CSR report.

2

Real team involvement

Your employees can be mentors in Career Tomorrow, tutors for educational support, or run a creative workshop. We build the programme together so it fits their calendars and capacities — no red tape, no imposition.

3

Visibility, when you want it

Communication materials for your annual report and channels: activity photos (with the necessary consent), figures, quotes from children and mentors. You decide whether you want public communication or a discreet partnership — both are fine with us.

Types of partnership

Four main forms of involvement. We combine them into tailored packages, depending on what makes sense for your company.

Programme sponsorship

You support one of our five programmes directly, over a horizon of at least 12 months. You get visibility in that programme's materials and a detailed six-monthly report.

Ideal for companies that want focused impact

Employee mentoring

Professionals from your team become mentors for children or guests in Career Tomorrow. We provide short training, monthly supervision and a single point of contact. You get higher internal engagement; the children get reference adults.

Ideal for companies with expert teams: IT, design, medicine, law, gastronomy

Recurring donations

Monthly or quarterly amount agreed together. The real benefit: stability for our programmes, predictability for your budget. All amounts cover concrete operational costs (materials, travel, volunteer training) — not opaque administration.

Ideal for companies that want consistency, not PR bursts

In-kind donations

Products, services or equipment that go directly into the programmes. Refurbished laptops for digital education, materials for creative workshops, food for long sessions, pro-bono services (legal, accounting, communications). We discuss in advance what can be used well — we do not accept donations that create extra work without addressing a real need.

Ideal for companies that produce directly useful things or services

What you get back

We are a young association, but not naive about what a real partnership means. Here is what we deliver.

Six-monthly impact report

4-6 page PDF with figures, photos (with consent), two or three short stories from the field. Friendly format for inclusion in your company's annual report.

Communication materials

Ready-to-use package of images and copy for LinkedIn, intranet, internal newsletter. We match your brand tone.

Single point of contact

One person on our side owns the relationship with you — no bouncing between departments.

Programme visits

Your team can see, on-site, what the company's contribution does. We coordinate the visit so it does not disturb the children.

Proper fiscal documents

Sponsorship contract under Romanian law 32/1994, receipt, documents for tax deductibility.

Fast response

Maximum 48 working hours on any official request. We are a small team — which means you do not get lost in hierarchy.

Current partners we work with

  • SOS Children's Villages Romania — co-organiser of the "Career Tomorrow" programme and partner on group activities
  • Editura Niculescu — partner for access to books and educational resources
  • EPAM Romania — global technology company; we built a creative workshop together with their team (March 2026)

Media coverage: Antena1 documented a Career Tomorrow session with Chef Orlando Zaharia.

Our partnership list is growing — we agree, in advance, the exact form of visibility with each partner.
