We work with a transparent budget and a small team. Every donation becomes something concrete in a child's day — workshop materials, transport for volunteers, lunch during longer sessions, mentor training. Each year we publish reports with the detailed figures, so you can see where your support has gone.

Where resources go
We have no paid staff and no salary or administrative costs. Our mentors and volunteers give their time and even their personal resources — laptops, materials, transport. That is how, in 2025, 99% of financial resources went straight to children: learning, workshops, materials and simple but meaningful experiences.
